What is Direct to Garment Printing?
Direct to garment printing is a new technology that allows us to print your full color designs directly to your garment. This allows for all the detail and color range of full four color process, at a fraction of the price!

What are the limitations of direct to garment printing?
There are a few limitations to what we can do with this new technology, the foremost being that we cannot print on black, or other dark colored, garments. If you need dark garments, we can fulfill your needs, but you will need to call our office to place your order.

What are my payment and shipping options on the website?
We have several different options for you here on our website. First of all there is the primary method of paying with your major credit card, and then having your product shipped to you. For most users, this will be the easiest way to get your shirts. However, if you live near our facility in North Wildwood, NJ you can choose from the “Pick Up” or “COD” options. Pick up means that you still pay with a credit card online, but you will need to come into our retail location to pick up your shirt. COD is cash on delivery, this means that we will not print your order until you are present in our retail location, but gives you the opportunity to pay with cash or swipe your card in person.

Can I upload my own artwork for my garment?
Yes! Just click on the ‘Designs’ tab in the designer, and then click ‘Upload Designs’ which is located in the upper right of the Designs area. We accept .JPG, .GIF and .PNG files, and please make sure your file is of an appropriate size for the shirt. We recommend sizing your files to 10 inches wide at 150 dpi for a full chest print. Smaller files may have blurring issues if they are stretched to the full size of the print area. Also please note that we cannot print white ink. Any white in your uploaded artwork will actually come out to be the color of the garment that you have chosen.

What’s the deal with White Ink?
Unfortunately our machines cannot print white ink, this means that we cannot print on black, or dark colored garments. This also means that any artwork you choose in the designer that has white included as a color will not actually have white printed on the shirt. For any artwork that has white included as a color, the white areas will actually be the color of the shirt you are printing on. If you want the artwork to look exactly as it appears on screen, we recommend picking a white shirt as your garment.
